Installation is easy...
One of the key benefits of the i2.5 ingrade is its ease of installation.
By following the simple and well outlined steps, the i2.5 can be
installed quickly and can be easily maintained, saving you time and
reducing the overall cost of ownership.
Philips Hadco recognizes that it isn't just about how well a luminaire performs,
it is about how easy it is to install and how little time is required
to maintain it. The i2.5 directly addresses those points offering
a feature rich product that works for both you and your client.
Step 1
Pull the field wires into the i2.5 junction box and connect
to the luminaire wires. UL listed silicone filled wire nuts
are included to help make the process as simple and watertight
as possible.

Step 2
Clean around the junction box sealing surface to ensure a
proper seal and prevent water from entering the luminaire.
Once clean, reattach the cover and tighten the screws to secure
— no torque on the screws is required.

Step 3
Position the i2.5 in the ground and backfill around the luminaire.
Once complete, unscrew the lens ring and take advantage of
the pop-up design and the hinge that opens past 90° giving
you hands-free access to the optical assembly.

Step 4
Remove optical assembly and install the lamp.

Step 5
Adjust the optical assembly to your desired angle and rotation,
then place it back in the housing once complete.

Step 6
After the recommended 30 minute burn-off, clean around lens
sealing surface to ensure a proper seal and prevent water
from entering the luminaire. Secure the lens cover with the
two no torque screws. That’s it! Installation is complete!
